good amenities convenient location underground parking
the room was well-kept, and the amenities met my needs. i found many restaurants within walking distance. the hotel's location proved very convenient. i enjoyed the option of underground parking.

king room spacious bathroom hotel mattress convenient parking
I received an upgrade from a studio to a luxury king room upon arrival. The mattress and pillows provided great sleep. I appreciated the spacious bathroom and convenient parking. The location was close to restaurants.
It was a little annoying that safety protocols restricted pool access during rain because of lightning risk.

The hotel features superb art displays, including paintings and sculptures, that add to the hotel's ambiance. Excellent restaurants are available both in the hotel and nearby, with dining options.

The front desk staff are helpful. The team demonstrated extreme kindness and were great too accommodate requests. This included upgrading the room to a suite and assisting with group bookings.

the pool situation was a joke. i had to book a time slot. there was no space for swimming because of so many people. i guess they prioritize non-guests.

helpful attitude clean room storage access
The hotel has a great location near sports venues. I found lots to do within walking distance. The staff attitude was very positive and helpful. The rooms were clean, with wonderful products. I noticed plenty of surface, storage, and charging access in the room.
The room temperature was not ideal.
